軟管泵的使用注意事項(xiàng)：
1、使用軟管泵時調(diào)壓板請不要擰得太緊，以免“扎死”泵頭，一般調(diào)到有液體流出即可，以延長其使用壽命。  
2、泵頭在快速運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)中，切勿按動“順/逆”開關(guān)，若要按動，則先將速度調(diào)慢后再按動，然后再將速度調(diào)至原來速度，即將電壓表讀數(shù)調(diào)至原來值。  
3、軟管泵在使用期間，應(yīng)隨時注意軟管是否完好，一般在中速情況下運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)為佳，當(dāng)發(fā)現(xiàn)軟管使用老化時，應(yīng)及時更換軟管。  
4、使用完畢要將泵頭清洗干凈，若長時間不使用，應(yīng)取下軟管，以延長其使用壽命。  
5、軟管泵長期不用時，請把軟管從泵頭中取出，延長其使用壽命。軟管是易損物品，使用一段時間后請及時更換。不然會造成漏液，損壞儀器！  
6、根據(jù)不同介質(zhì)和不同流量，請選用不同粗細(xì)的軟管。



眾所周知軟管泵在運(yùn)行時，是通過一根U型附有彈性的橡膠軟管來完成輸送。今天小編需要強(qiáng)調(diào)的是，軟管存放時間不宜過長，一般以一年為限。在停工期間，對裝有軟管的泵，若長期不用，每隔一個月需轉(zhuǎn)動泵一次。以免壓輥長時間壓在泵管的某一處，減弱管子回彈性，影響其流量的輸送。

軟管泵壓輥的調(diào)整
泵出廠時，壓輥已按正常情況調(diào)整到位，如遇物料吸不上，或在泵的額定壓力下，口量達(dá)不到要求，請調(diào)整壓輥的偏心距，其步驟如下：
（1）先將泵殼兩側(cè)相應(yīng)的圓孔有機(jī)玻璃蓋板與泵出口端的長方形有機(jī)玻璃蓋板打開，將轉(zhuǎn)子壓輥旋轉(zhuǎn)至兩圓孔之間，其螺栓正對圓孔，然后用套筒扳手將兩端螺栓擰松，再用小圓棒或十字螺絲刀，對準(zhǔn)標(biāo)有0，1，2，3的圓孔，撥動壓輥一側(cè)內(nèi)的偏心套轉(zhuǎn)動，偏心套的數(shù)字越大，其壓輥與泵殼間的距離越小，軟管壓的越緊，其調(diào)整是以轉(zhuǎn)子的頂端的刻線為基準(zhǔn)，數(shù)字越大，壓的越緊，反之亦然。
（2）調(diào)整間隙時一定要注意不要壓的過緊，以達(dá)到流量為準(zhǔn)，壓的越緊，對膠管的壽命影響越大。



軟管泵屬于蠕動泵的范疇，主要是由一根特制的橡膠軟管，對應(yīng)泵體內(nèi)轉(zhuǎn)子總成上的一對壓輥，當(dāng)壓輥沿著橡膠軟管轉(zhuǎn)動時，壓輥與泵殼產(chǎn)生的擠壓力將橡膠軟管壓扁，在軟管自身彈性和側(cè)導(dǎo)輥的強(qiáng)制下，通過恢復(fù)原狀產(chǎn)生的真空吸入流體物料，物料在壓輥的機(jī)械擠壓下從管內(nèi)排出，如此往復(fù)循環(huán)，從而達(dá)到連續(xù)輸出物料的目的。
