電工鋼硅鋼片硅鋼是一種硅鐵合金。用硅鋼軋制的片材是電工領(lǐng)域中應(yīng)用廣的軟磁材料，因而硅鋼片又稱電工鋼片。硅鋼片廣泛用于電動機(jī)、發(fā)電機(jī)、變壓器、扼流圈、電磁機(jī)構(gòu)、繼電器及測量儀表中電機(jī)工業(yè)大量使用厚度為0.35～0.50mm的硅鋼片,用于：中型旋轉(zhuǎn)機(jī)，壓縮電機(jī)，通用馬達(dá)，小型精密電機(jī)，電動汽車，壓縮機(jī)，通用電機(jī)，電源變壓器，精密變壓器，節(jié)能電機(jī)，焊機(jī)變壓器，穩(wěn)壓器，磁性密封器，加速器用電磁鐵，汽車電機(jī)等；在電信高頻技術(shù)中常用0.05~0.20mm的薄帶鋼片,以便更有效地降低渦流損耗。熱軋硅鋼片厚度為0.35～0.50mm，密度為7.55～7.70g/cm3,多用于大、中、小型交、直流電動機(jī)；冷軋無取向硅鋼片厚度為0.35～0.50mm，密度為7.65～7.75g/cm3，多用于大型交流發(fā)電機(jī)、電動機(jī)，大、中、小型交、直流電動機(jī)；冷軋取向硅鋼片厚度為0.23mm 0.27mm 0.3mm 0.35mm，密度為7.65g/cm3,多用于電力變壓器、油浸式變壓器，干式變壓器，電抗器、磁放大器等；冷軋取向薄帶厚度為0.05～0.20mm，多用于無線電高頻變壓器。

電工鋼硅鋼片硅鋼按Si質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)分類分為Si＜0.5％的電工鋼和0.5~4.5％Si的硅鋼兩類，兩者通稱為電工鋼板。前者在制造電磁性能要求不高的民用小型電器領(lǐng)域有著廣泛的需求，此類硅鋼片的特點在于硅含量明顯低于常規(guī)電工鋼，制備工藝流程簡單，成本較低，與普碳鋼類似。后者包含的種類、內(nèi)蒙古錫林郭勒附近牌號極為復(fù)雜。高硅鋼是指4.5％~6.7％Si的Si-Fe合金，具有在高頻下鐵損明顯降低、內(nèi)蒙古錫林郭勒附近 磁導(dǎo)率高、內(nèi)蒙古錫林郭勒附近矯頑力低、內(nèi)蒙古錫林郭勒附近磁性能極為優(yōu)異的特點，主要用來制造高頻電機(jī)、內(nèi)蒙古錫林郭勒附近高頻變壓器、內(nèi)蒙古錫林郭勒附近扼流線圈和高頻磁屏蔽等。但由于Si含量過高，室溫條件下塑性極差，無法軋制成形。6.5％Si因為其獨特的磁性能而自成體系，目前僅有少量通過滲硅工藝制備的無取向6.5％Si-Fe合金材料可以成卷供應(yīng)，更具性能優(yōu)勢的取向6.5％Si-Fe合金制備則更為困難。

電工鋼硅鋼片Electrical steel, also known as silicon steel sheet, is an indispensable metal material in the power, electronics, and military industries, and is also the largest functional material in production. It is mainly used as the iron core for various motors, generators, and transformers. Specific total loss (iron loss) is the total power consumed per unit mass of material when the magnetic polarization waveform remains sinusoidal, with a specific peak and frequency. The specific total loss is represented by the symbol P (Jm/f), in W/kg. Example: P1.5/50 represents the specific total loss at a maximum magnetic polarization intensity of 1.5T and a frequency of 50Hz. 3.2 Magnetic Polarization Q/BQB 480-20212 Magnetic polarization intensity refers to the peak magnetic polarization intensity of a specific magnetic field intensity when a sample is subjected to alternating magnetization. Its symbol is J (H), and the unit is T (Tesla). Example: J5000 represents the peak magnetic polarization intensity corresponding to a magnetic field intensity peak of 5000A/m. The material grades in this document are classified based on the nominal maximum specific total loss P1.5/50 (W/kg) at a magnetic polarization strength of 1.5T and a frequency of 50Hz, as well as the nominal thickness of the material. They are further divided into three categories based on product characteristics: ordinary type, stress relief annealing type, and high-efficiency type. Example 1: B35A210 represents a common non oriented electrical steel with a nominal thickness of 0.35mm, and the maximum nominal specific total loss value P1.5/50 is 2.10W/kg； Example 2: B35AR300 represents a stress relieved annealed non oriented electrical steel with a nominal thickness of 0.35mm, and the maximum nominal specific total loss value P1.5/50 is 3.00W/kg； Example 3: B35AH230 represents an efficient non oriented electrical steel with a nominal thickness of 0.35mm, and the maximum nominal specific loss value P1.5/50 is 2.30W/kg. Example 4: 35WW210 represents a normal type WW non oriented electrical steel with a nominal thickness of 0.35mm, and the maximum nominal specific loss value P1.5/50 is 2.10W/kg. Example 5: 35WH230 represents an efficient WH non oriented electrical steel with a nominal thickness of 0.35mm, and the maximum nominal specific loss value P1.5/50 is 2.30W/kg.
