軟管泵工作原理：
一根內(nèi)壁光滑，強(qiáng)度可靠的特制橡膠軟管安裝在泵體內(nèi)部，通過(guò)一對(duì)壓輥沿著軟管旋轉(zhuǎn)擠壓，這樣的 旋轉(zhuǎn)使得介質(zhì)往一個(gè)方向輸送而不會(huì)倒流，軟管在輸送介質(zhì)之后，由被壓扁軟管的自身彈性和側(cè)導(dǎo)輪的強(qiáng)制下，軟管恢復(fù)原狀，此時(shí)，軟管內(nèi)產(chǎn)生高真空將介質(zhì)再次吸入管腔，然后介質(zhì)在隨之而來(lái)的壓輥擠壓下從軟管內(nèi)排出，如此周而復(fù)始，介質(zhì)不斷的被吸入和排出。目前產(chǎn)品使用溫度為≤100℃。根據(jù)用戶需要可以開發(fā)使用溫度在120℃的軟管泵軟管產(chǎn)品。
