軟管泵的使用注意事項：
1、使用軟管泵時調壓板請不要擰得太緊，以免“扎死”泵頭，一般調到有液體流出即可，以延長其使用壽命。
2、泵頭在快速運轉中，切勿按動“順/逆”開關，若要按動，則先將速度調慢后再按動，然后再將速度調至原來速度，即將電壓表讀數(shù)調至原來值。
3、軟管泵在使用期間，應隨時注意軟管是否完好，一般在中速情況下運轉為佳，當發(fā)現(xiàn)軟管使用老化時，應及時更換軟管。

一根內壁光滑，強度可靠的特制橡膠軟管安裝在泵體內部，通過一對壓輥沿著軟管旋轉擠壓，這樣的 旋轉使得介質往一個方向輸送而不會倒流，軟管在輸送介質之后，由被壓扁軟管的自身彈性和側導輪的強制下，軟管恢復原狀，此時，軟管內產生高真空將介質再次吸入管腔，然后介質在隨之而來的壓輥擠壓下從軟管內排出，如此周而復始，介質不斷的被吸入和排出。目前產品使用溫度為≤100℃。根據(jù)用戶需要可以開發(fā)使用溫度在120℃的軟管泵軟管產品。
