電工鋼硅鋼片：寶鋼激光刻痕磁疇細(xì)化型產(chǎn)品磁性能檢測(cè)采用了單片測(cè)試儀進(jìn)行測(cè)試，通常情況下取向電工鋼只測(cè)試平行于軋制方向的磁性能水平，特殊情況可以約定分別檢測(cè)平行于軋制方向和垂直于軋制方向的磁性能。具體測(cè)試方法符合 GB/T 13789-2008（IEC 60404-3:2002，IDT）相關(guān)規(guī)定，測(cè)試試樣公稱尺寸為 500mm×500mm，測(cè)試試樣長(zhǎng)度的誤差在±0.1％以內(nèi)，測(cè)試試樣的質(zhì)量誤差在±0.1％以內(nèi)。為保證磁性測(cè)試結(jié)果對(duì)帶鋼磁性能的代表性，裁剪大單片試樣時(shí)，試樣中心位置與帶鋼寬度方向中心位置偏移量控制在≤50mm，試樣邊部距離樣板邊部控制在≥100mm，試樣縱向與樣板軋制方向的偏離角度≤1.0°，如附圖 A.2 所示。試樣要求剪切整齊、寧德蕉城當(dāng)?shù)仄教?，直角性好，表面清潔，無(wú)影響性能試驗(yàn)的缺陷，試樣邊部不允許剪切后打磨，剪切毛刺高度不應(yīng)高于 20μm。大單片試樣不經(jīng)過(guò)應(yīng)力退火處理直接測(cè)試。

Due to the iron loss of electrical steel plates, which accounts for 2.5％ to 4.5％ of the annual electricity generation in various countries, countries always try their best to reduce iron loss in the production of electrical steel plates, and use iron loss as the most important indicator to assess the magnetic properties of products. The iron loss value of products is used as the basis for classifying product grades. Cold rolled oriented electrical steel: Cold rolled oriented electrical steel is a high-end product in the field of electrical steel. Compared with cold rolled non oriented electrical steel, its magnetism has strong directionality； It has superior high magnetic permeability and low loss characteristics in the direction of easy magnetization rolling. The iron loss of oriented steel strip in the rolling direction is only 1/3 of that in the transverse direction, and the ratio of magnetic permeability is 6:1.
