電工鋼硅鋼片:寶鋼激光刻痕磁疇細(xì)化型產(chǎn)品磁性能檢測采用了單片測試儀進(jìn)行測試,通常情況下取向電工鋼只測試平行于軋制方向的磁性能水平,特殊情況可以約定分別檢測平行于軋制方向和垂直于軋制方向的磁性能。具體測試方法符合 GB/T 13789-2008(IEC 60404-3:2002,IDT)相關(guān)規(guī)定,測試試樣公稱尺寸為 500mm×500mm,測試試樣長度的誤差在±0.1%以內(nèi),測試試樣的質(zhì)量誤差在±0.1%以內(nèi)。為保證磁性測試結(jié)果對帶鋼磁性能的代表性,裁剪大單片試樣時,試樣中心位置與帶鋼寬度方向中心位置偏移量控制在≤50mm,試樣邊部距離樣板邊部控制在≥100mm,試樣縱向與樣板軋制方向的偏離角度≤1.0°,如附圖 A.2 所示。試樣要求剪切整齊、寧德蕉城當(dāng)?shù)仄教?,直角性好,表面清潔,無影響性能試驗(yàn)的缺陷,試樣邊部不允許剪切后打磨,剪切毛刺高度不應(yīng)高于 20μm。大單片試樣不經(jīng)過應(yīng)力退火處理直接測試。
