軟管泵的工作原理及應(yīng)用：軟管在泵體內(nèi)呈U形布置。當(dāng)旋轉(zhuǎn)體帶動(dòng)擠壓輪旋轉(zhuǎn)時(shí)，擠壓軟管受到擠壓輪的擠壓而發(fā)生彈性變形，然后吸入口形成負(fù)壓吸漿。通過擠壓輪的推動(dòng)，漿液從出料口排出，形成漿液的壓力輸送。工業(yè)軟管泵主要應(yīng)用于建筑、地下工程、礦山、食品、造紙、陶瓷等領(lǐng)域的粘性漿液遠(yuǎn)距離輸送、計(jì)量泵送、壓力灌漿、噴射等。
