BW軟管泵的基本結(jié)構(gòu)之液力端<br />
液力端油泵頭體、缸套、活塞、活塞桿吸入閥和排出閥等組成，它的作用是通過活塞在缸套中作往復運動形成液缸容腔變化，完成能量轉(zhuǎn)化，實現(xiàn)吸入和排出液體。<br />
此泵曲軸箱由兩極齒輪變速機構(gòu)和曲柄連桿機構(gòu)組成。曲軸箱的輸入軸和輸出軸通過牙鉗聯(lián)軸器對接傳動。當曲軸箱的輸入軸上的雙聯(lián)變速齒輪分別和曲軸上的對應齒輪相嚙合，曲軸可得到快慢兩級轉(zhuǎn)速。加上變速箱的四級變速。曲軸上總共可獲得8級轉(zhuǎn)速，實現(xiàn)8級變速。液力端屬于直通式結(jié)構(gòu)，便于制造，裝配精度高.
