水庫(kù)用鑄鐵閘門(mén)及螺桿啟閉機(jī)的安裝方法

 

    1、土建工程的配合

鑄鐵閘門(mén)安裝前的土建工程一期砼預(yù)留閘槽寬為不小于600mm，深度不小于250mm為宜，以保證二期砼的錨固厚度，預(yù)埋鋼筋（或錨固板）的埋設(shè)如下圖所示。

2、鑄鐵閘門(mén)的安裝

為了保證鑄鐵閘門(mén)的安裝質(zhì)量，以達(dá)到滿意的止水效果，一般采用整體式安裝，即將閘板和閘框組裝在一起鎖定后進(jìn)行一次性安裝。

    2.1、吊裝

吊裝前要檢查閘板與閘框是否鎖定牢固，以保證在閘門(mén)吊裝過(guò)程中不致滑落，要輕吊輕放。吊裝就位后進(jìn)行水平和豎直調(diào)整。

  

    2.2、閘門(mén)框與閘槽內(nèi)預(yù)埋鋼筋（或錨固板）的焊接

將拉結(jié)鋼筋與閘框上的螺栓孔擰牢后與閘槽內(nèi)預(yù)埋的錨固鋼筋（或錨固板）焊接牢固，在焊接過(guò)程中要保證閘門(mén)的豎直度和水平度，安裝時(shí)要保證閘門(mén)底檻上平面與渠底上平面一致，門(mén)楣處要保證閘板頂部止水面與閘框門(mén)楣充分接觸，以保證止水效果。保證的措施：底檻和兩邊閘框的拉結(jié)鋼筋與一期砼內(nèi)的預(yù)埋錨固筋（或錨固板）焊接完成后，在門(mén)楣處用螺栓頂住門(mén)楣框后部與一期砼門(mén)楣部砼面上，用螺母進(jìn)行調(diào)整，待閘板止水面與閘框平面充分接觸后再焊接拉結(jié)和錨固鋼筋。

    2.3、二期砼的澆筑

鑄鐵閘門(mén)二期砼的澆筑很重要，一定要將框體部分澆筑在砼里，才能保證閘門(mén)的正常使用。（二期砼的澆注見(jiàn)下圖）

應(yīng)特別注意的是：在二期砼的澆筑過(guò)程中千萬(wàn)不要讓砂漿注入到閘槽里去，這樣會(huì)將閘門(mén)和砂漿凝固在一起，使閘門(mén)無(wú)法正常啟閉，若強(qiáng)行啟閉將會(huì)把閘門(mén)拉壞而無(wú)法使用。所以，在二期砼初凝前一定要對(duì)流入閘槽內(nèi)的水泥砂漿進(jìn)行清理。以保證閘門(mén)在閘槽內(nèi)上下運(yùn)行自如。
