1、當(dāng)工藝條件沒有特定的要求時(shí)候,那么選泵的流量是可以大于實(shí)際的需求流量的。
2、工藝條件在連續(xù)生產(chǎn)的時(shí)候,那么它本身的實(shí)際需要流量要和額定的流量吻合,如果是有特殊的需求,那么可以選擇變頻調(diào)速的泵。
3、軟管使用的溫度要小于100℃,主要是在工作的過程中會(huì)產(chǎn)生熱量,如果是周圍散熱條件比較好的時(shí)候,那么介質(zhì)的溫度可以達(dá)到一百。
4、主要成分是天然橡膠,因此在選用的時(shí)候,要考慮軟管對(duì)介質(zhì)的適應(yīng)性。
5、進(jìn)出口是在同一個(gè)方向的,并且進(jìn)出口是可以相互之間調(diào)換的,可以根據(jù)具體的情況來定。
軟管泵主要有泵殼、轉(zhuǎn)子體、減速機(jī)、機(jī)座和軟管等5大部分組成。泵的耐久性主要決定于管子的彈性和耐腐蝕性,其流量與電動(dòng)機(jī)的轉(zhuǎn)速和管子內(nèi)徑大小有關(guān)。
