保養(yǎng)泵的方法：
1、泵注意絕緣電阻，長期擱置不用的或在潮濕環(huán)境中使用的電動(dòng)抽液泵，使用前必須用500伏兆歐表測量繞組的絕緣電阻。
2、泵和電動(dòng)油桶泵應(yīng)經(jīng)常檢查，維修，在檢查時(shí),必須檢查電源線：內(nèi)接線，插頭，開關(guān)是否良好，絕緣電阻是否正常，刷尾座是事松動(dòng)，換向器與電刷接觸良好，電樞繞級(jí)擴(kuò)定子繞組是否是有適中斷路現(xiàn)象，軸承及轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)零件是否的損壞等等。
3、經(jīng)常加脂，電動(dòng)油桶泵為高速運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)，潤滑脂易于揮發(fā)，所以必須使軸承處的潤滑能保持清潔，并注意添換。
