軟管泵原理：
軟管泵是在鉆探過程中，向鉆孔輸送泥漿或水等沖洗液的機械。軟管泵是鉆探機械設(shè)備的重要組成部分。它的主要作用是在鉆進過程中將泥漿隨鉆頭鉆進注入井下，起著冷卻鉆頭，清洗鉆具、固著井壁、驅(qū)動鉆進，并將打鉆后巖屑帶回地面的作用。在常用的正循環(huán)鉆探中?軟管泵是將地表沖洗介質(zhì)─清水/泥漿或聚合物沖洗液在一定的壓力下，經(jīng)過高壓軟管水龍頭及鉆桿柱中心孔直送鉆頭的底端，以達到冷卻鉆頭將切削下來的巖屑并輸送到地表的目的。常用的軟管泵是活塞式或柱塞式的。由動力機帶動泵的曲軸回轉(zhuǎn)曲軸通過十字頭再帶動活塞或柱塞在泵缸中做往復運動。在吸入和排出閥的交替作用下實現(xiàn)壓送與循環(huán)沖洗液的目的。
