2.4、安裝高度較大（H安＞6m）的啟閉機(jī)的安裝

當(dāng)啟閉機(jī)的安裝高度大于6m時(shí)，由于啟閉機(jī)在閘門下壓過(guò)程中絲桿容易產(chǎn)生彎曲變形，影響啟閉的正常運(yùn)行。為了不使絲桿產(chǎn)生彎曲，就得在一定的高度設(shè)置卡子梁，將卡座安裝在卡子梁上再將卡環(huán)焊接在卡座上，使絲桿穿過(guò)卡環(huán)運(yùn)行。這樣就不會(huì)產(chǎn)生彎曲變形了。

當(dāng)一臺(tái)啟閉機(jī)絲桿穿過(guò)多道卡環(huán)時(shí)，多道卡環(huán)和啟閉機(jī)的吊點(diǎn)中心必須在一條軸線上。

    2.5、啟閉機(jī)與啟閉機(jī)梁的連接

    為了保證啟閉機(jī)的正常運(yùn)行，在連接啟閉機(jī)底座和啟閉機(jī)梁時(shí)，一定要用通長(zhǎng)底腳螺栓穿過(guò)預(yù)留孔將啟閉機(jī)座與啟閉機(jī)梁連接在一起。

    當(dāng)啟閉機(jī)梁上未預(yù)留螺栓孔或預(yù)留的不是通孔時(shí)，要根據(jù)啟閉機(jī)的大小選用合適的型鋼做成底座，將底座與啟閉機(jī)梁連接牢固，再將啟閉機(jī)座連接在型鋼底座上即可。

    3、啟閉機(jī)安裝質(zhì)量的檢驗(yàn)

當(dāng)啟閉機(jī)安裝完成后，要對(duì)已安裝的啟閉機(jī)運(yùn)行情況進(jìn)行檢查驗(yàn)收。安裝完成后的啟閉機(jī)要求運(yùn)行平穩(wěn)，無(wú)噪音、無(wú)卡阻現(xiàn)象，，螺栓無(wú)松動(dòng)，且絲桿和接桿處在一條垂直線上。

 

2、啟閉機(jī)的安裝（螺桿啟閉機(jī)）

    2.1與土建工程的配合

 土建工程的配合與啟閉機(jī)的安裝非常重要，它直接影響到啟閉機(jī)能否正常使用和啟閉機(jī)使用中的靈活性。故在施工啟閉機(jī)安裝部位的土建工程時(shí)，要根據(jù)啟閉機(jī)的設(shè)計(jì)要求和型號(hào)預(yù)留啟閉機(jī)的螺栓孔，預(yù)留時(shí)，要使啟閉機(jī)的吊點(diǎn)中心與閘門的吊耳中心一致。因?yàn)閱㈤]機(jī)梁為雙向受力構(gòu)件，故在啟閉機(jī)梁上預(yù)留螺栓孔要為通孔，以防在運(yùn)行中閘門下壓時(shí)將啟閉機(jī)頂起來(lái)。

    2.2啟閉機(jī)的安裝

    2.3安裝高度較?。?/span>H安≤6m）的啟閉機(jī)的安裝

    安裝高度在6m以下時(shí)，可直接將啟閉機(jī)就位，用鋼絲繩穿過(guò)絲母將絲桿從機(jī)體直吊起，用手搖動(dòng)啟閉機(jī)蝸桿將絲桿穿在啟閉機(jī)內(nèi)，調(diào)整好吊點(diǎn)中心后與閘門吊耳連接。在絲桿穿過(guò)絲母的過(guò)程中，為保證，一定要用手動(dòng)，嚴(yán)禁用電動(dòng)，以防造成不事故。
