軟管泵是由泵殼、轉(zhuǎn)子體、機(jī)座、軟管、減速電機(jī)以及電控系統(tǒng)等部分組成。轉(zhuǎn)子體旋轉(zhuǎn)，轉(zhuǎn)子體上的一對(duì)壓輥沿著一根特制的膠管旋轉(zhuǎn)，壓輥與泵殼產(chǎn)生的擠壓力將膠管壓扁，在管子自身彈性和側(cè)導(dǎo)輥的作用下，通過恢復(fù)原狀產(chǎn)生的真空吸入物料，物料從管內(nèi)排出，這樣往復(fù)循環(huán)。
